Refund Policy
At Maysarah.store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, please note the following terms regarding refunds and exchanges:

Refunds:
Maysarah does not offer refunds or returns for any products. -
Exchanges:
Products purchased from Maysarah.store can be exchanged within 10 days under the following conditions:- The exchange request is made within the specified time frame.
- The item(s) received are faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The product(s) received differ from the original order.
- Essential components of the package, such as price tags, labels, or original packaging, are missing.
Claims must be made within 10 days of the original order date. To raise a dispute, email pictures of the defective item to info@maysarah.ae or call +971 507866084 within 3 days of order delivery.
Once we receive the item and review the claim, we will make every effort to resolve the matter fairly. If the dispute is settled in your favor, we will issue a replacement product of the same value as mentioned in the invoice. The replacement will be sent with your next order.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to exchanges. -
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Discounted items cannot be exchanged.
- Unstitched articles that have been stitched will not be eligible for exchange.

Shipping Details:
- Within UAE: Orders are delivered through reliable courier services within 2-3 business days.
- International Orders: Shipped via FedEx or DHL and delivered within 8-10 business days.
- Bridal & Couture Wear: Delivery times will be determined based on your requirements and the season.

Refunds for Online Payments:
Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed through the original mode of payment. -
Shipping Exclusions:
Free shipping does not apply to bridal wear or couture orders. -
Compliance:
Maysarah.store will not process orders or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries, in compliance with UAE laws. -
Payment Transactions:
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
