Exchange Policy
In the event of a dispute, products purchased from Maysarah.store may be exchanged within 10 days under the following conditions:
- The exchange request is made within the specified time frame.
- The item(s) received are faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The product(s) received differ from the original order.
- Any essential components of the package, such as price tags, labels, or original packing, are missing.
To process your exchange request, you are required to provide images of the damaged or missing items along with the outer packaging. These images should be shared via email at info@maysarah.ae before discarding the packaging.
Dispute Resolution
To raise a dispute regarding a defective item:
- Email pictures of the defective product to info@maysarah.ae or call us at +971 507866084 within 3 days of order delivery.
- Each dispute will be reviewed individually, and we will make every effort to resolve the matter fairly.
- Upon successful resolution, we will:
- Provide a replacement product, or
- Issue a coupon equivalent to the product’s value, redeemable on Maysarah.store within the next 60 days.
Note: Disputes raised after the 3-day period will not be accepted.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all purchases are made in good faith and without any intent of fraudulent activity. Additionally, customers bear the responsibility for their selection of articles, dresses, or other products.
